Global “disruptive” events of the current times – the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change, fragility in most African countries, the current Russian-Ukraine war, and many others – are having a great impact on business organizations and resulting in changes in their risk domain. These changes have reemphasized the need to scale up risk management capacity in financial institutions.
