Contexte

Financial modeling is essential for good project/investment decisions supporting project success. The Financial Model provides the analytical framework representing the present and predicts future financials to support investment decisions. It is, therefore, an indispensable skill for professionals in   DFIs and other financial institutions.

The workshop will be intensive with practical, hands-on-based training intended to upscale skills in financial modeling. 

By the end of the training, the participants would be equipped with the following:

–  On the use and application of the financial model in projects, investments, finance, and other business transactions.
–  Have a good grip on a project’s financials.
–  Build reliable and realistic financial models.
–  Use Excel and spreadsheets in financial modeling.
–  Analyze, interpret, and predict financials.
–  Apply financial models in structuring appropriate finance for projects on a case-by-case basis.
