Good project preparation is critical to delivering successful projects. Project preparation strengthens the quality of a proposed project to ensure that it meets the requirements at the initial stage. The idea is to make a project bankable to attract investors’ support and funding. The overall objective is to improve the quality of proposed projects to merit investors’ confidence in the financing.

The training will take participants through the process of project Identification, Preparation, and analysis, including other activities put in place to take a project from the conceptualization stage to actual implementation. It will sharpen skills in project preparation to ensure project bankability and due diligence to identify viable projects. Participants will also gain information on the project preparation support and facilities available and how to access such support.
