Project finance involves financing long-term projects – infrastructure, industrial, and public services – based upon a non-recourse or limited recourse financial structure where project debt and equity used to fund the project are paid back from the cash flow generated by the project. Given its features, Project Finance requires deep understanding for successful execution. 

The training will provide a high-level understanding of project finance, the steps from beginning to end, the risks involved, and mitigation strategies. It will share lessons and best practices using case studies and highlight the role of various key partners in project finance transactions.
