class=\"\">Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Banque Nationale d\u2019Investissement de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire (BNI) depuis Septembre 2018, jouit d\u2019une riche exp\u00e9rience nationale et internationale dans le milieu des finances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Ing\u00e9nieur financier dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de l&#8217;EDHEC Business School de Nice (France) et ayant un MBA en Entrepreneuriat-Finances-Management de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Chicago Booth School of Business, il a amorc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re professionnelle en 2004, en qualit\u00e9 d\u2019analyste en fusions et acquisitions au sein de la compagnie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re Shell. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">De mi-2005 \u00e0 mi-2010, Youssouf FADIGA rejoint le cabinet d\u2019audit et de conseil PricewaterhouseCoopers, o\u00f9 il a occup\u00e9 successivement les fonctions d\u2019auditeur financier et de consultant en transactions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">De 2012 \u00e0 mai 2014, il a travaill\u00e9 en qualit\u00e9 de banquier d\u2019affaires dans la banque d\u2019investissement am\u00e9ricaine Evercore Partners \u00e0 New York o\u00f9 il a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des op\u00e9rations de cessions et d\u2019acquisitions d\u2019entreprises \u00e9valu\u00e9es \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 12 milliards de dollars US. Il a \u00e9galement conseill\u00e9 le Gouvernement Tchadien dans le cadre de la privatisation de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de T\u00e9l\u00e9communication du Tchad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">De Juin 2014 \u00e0 Septembre 2018, Youssouf FADIGA a assum\u00e9 les fonctions de Conseiller Sp\u00e9cial charg\u00e9 des privatisations et de la gestion des participations de l\u2019Etat au Cabinet du Ministre charg\u00e9 du Budget et du Portefeuille de l\u2019Etat, puis au Cabinet du Secr\u00e9taire d\u2019Etat aupr\u00e8s du Premier Ministre, charg\u00e9 du Budget et du Portefeuille de l\u2019Etat. Youssouf FADIGA a \u00e9t\u00e9 membre du Conseil d\u2019Administration et Pr\u00e9sident du Comit\u00e9 d\u2019Audit de la BNI depuis 2014. Il est \u00e9galement Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d\u2019Administration de BNI Finances, filiale de la Banque depuis mars 2016.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column
