The 19&nbsp;participants from 6&nbsp;African countries \u2013 C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, Seychelles, and South Africa \u2013 were professionals who had completed the recent cohort of the program\u2019s Foundation level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">The program builds expertise in development finance operations by drawing on the lived experience and practical, hands-on knowledge of its experts and the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Participants described the program as highly practical and transformative, highlighting the value of real-life case studies and peer learning for building DFIs\u2019 professional capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><em>\u201cThe interaction was different \u2013 really practical, case-study-packed, real-life scenarios.
