Continuous learning is therefore no longer optional\u00a0\u2013\u00a0it is essential.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">To support the professional development of development finance practitioners across the continent, the Association of African Development Finance Institutions\u202f(AADFI) has established a Learning Management System\u202f(LMS) that provides flexible access to high-quality online training and knowledge resources. Officially&nbsp;launched&nbsp;during AADFI\u2019s 50<sup>e<\/sup>\u202fGeneral Assembly&nbsp;in&nbsp;2024&nbsp;in&nbsp;Nairobi, Kenya, the platform reflects the Association\u2019s commitment to strengthening institutional capacity and promoting excellence across African\u202fDFIs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Through the AADFI LMS, professionals can upgrade their knowledge at their own pace, access specialized learning resources from anywhere in the world, and earn certificates upon successful&nbsp;completion of&nbsp;selected courses.
