Aliyu Abdulrahman Dikko, le pr\u00e9sident du conseil d'administration, a attribu\u00e9 l'augmentation de 79,1 % en grande partie aux syndications de dette r\u00e9ussies d'un milliard d'euros et d'un milliard de dollars qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conclues en mars et en d\u00e9cembre 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/dailytrust.com\/pencom-to-prosecute-employers-with-no-workers-insurance\">PenCom to prosecute employers with no workers\u2019 insurance<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/dailytrust.com\/stamp-duty-firs-jtb-pick-holes-in-nipost-bill\">Stamp Duty: FIRS, JTB pick holes in NIPOST bill<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-dark-black-color has-text-color\">Le r\u00e9sultat indique que le total des capitaux propres du groupe a augment\u00e9 de 15,3 %, passant de N293,08 milliards l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00e0 N336,48 milliards en 2020, tandis que les pr\u00eats et les avances ont augment\u00e9 de 1,3 % pour atteindre N749,84 milliards. Son b\u00e9n\u00e9fice avant imp\u00f4t a chut\u00e9 de 9,6 % pour atteindre 35,54 milliards de nairas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-dark-black-color has-text-color\">M. Dikko a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la Banque, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son partenariat avec le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral sur le Programme national d'intervention sociale, a facilit\u00e9 le d\u00e9caissement de 2,5 milliards de N et de 1,2 milliard de N dans le cadre des programmes N-Power et Government Enterprise &amp; Empowerment pour 300 011 et 109 039 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires respectivement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-dark-black-color has-text-color\">\"Nous avons \u00e9galement r\u00e9duit les taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat sur tous les projets financ\u00e9s par la BOI de 2 % par an - de 10 % \u00e0 8 % - pour une p\u00e9riode d'un an, et accord\u00e9 un moratoire suppl\u00e9mentaire de 3 mois sur le remboursement du principal \u00e0 tous les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires\", a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-dark-black-color has-text-color\">Le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la BOI, M. Kayode Pitan, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 dans son commentaire : \"Nos principales priorit\u00e9s seront de travailler avec les clients existants afin d'assurer leur r\u00e9tablissement complet apr\u00e8s le COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-dark-black-color has-text-color\">\"Nous rechercherons \u00e9galement de nouveaux clients potentiels ayant besoin d'un financement pour cr\u00e9er ou d\u00e9velopper leurs activit\u00e9s commerciales.
